The draft Richmond Village Master Plan is now open for Community Consultation and Feedback. Dates, times and further details of consultation activities are provided on this page.  

Come and see us on outside the Richmond Courthouse from 9am to 1pm as Richmond Celebrates the launch of its Bicentenary commemorations.  Council staff will be available to discuss the draft Masterplan and answer questions. 

To coincide with Weekend 2 of the Richmond Bicentenary Commemorations (The Richmond History Festival) Council's Project Team will have a Pop-Up Consultation Stall at the Richmond Village Market outside the Town Hall from 10am to 3pm on Sunday, 21 January 2023.

To coincide with Weekend 3 of the Richmond Bicentenary Commemorations (Convict Muster) Council's Project Team will have a Pop-Up Consultation Stall outside the Town Hall from 10am to 3pm on Sunday, 11 February 2023.

Council's Project team will hold a multi-day consultation session and master plan exhibition in Richmond Village to gather feedback and provide information about the draft Richmond Village Masterplan.

To coincide with Weekend 4 of the Richmond Bicentenary Commemorations (Bicentenary of Richmond Town Proclamation), Council's Project Team will have a Pop-Up Consultation Stall on the Richmond Village Green from 10am to 3pm.
