We want you to be part of the conversation to make Clarence a better place to live, visit and enjoy. 

Your Say Clarence is a community engagement platform that has been developed to make it easy for you to share your ideas and opinions in a range of ways on the decisions, projects and issues that you care about most.

Through this site you can:

• Share your views, comments and ideas;
• View information on various council projects;
• Stay informed on consultations that you are interested in.

How does it work?

Your Say Clarence is an online engagement tool which complements other forms of community consultation such as meetings, workshops, displays and forums. It provides engagement opportunities for those who may not be able to attend face to face activities and lets you have your say at a time convenient to you.

All survey responses, comments, ideas and submissions (collected online, face-to-face, or on paper) are collated and used to inform our decision making processes. Project updates will be made available via the Your Say Clarence website in a timely manner.

Our Community Participation Policy

We consult with the community on a number of major projects, strategies, plans and policies in accordance with our Community Engagement Policy. The purpose of the policy is to involve the community in decision making and improve understanding between council and the Clarence community.
